GENDER EQUA LITY AND EQUA LITY OF A MAN AND A WOMAN: LAW DISCOURSE

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of differentiation of the principle of law equality in despite of the sex and gender equality. Attention is focused on the necessity to take into account of that that the movement for the equality in rights of men and women (feminist movement) has started long before the movement as to gender equality. Emergence of the term “gender” is stipulated by understanding not only biological features of a man and a woman, emergence of LGBT communities.
