THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS OF USING THE TERMINOLOGY IN THE STUDY OF NON-ENTREPRENEURIAL LEGAL ENTITIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of issues related to the range of problems connected with development of such legal category as ‘non-entrepreneurial legal entity’. In the scientific work the author makes an analyses of the leading Ukrainian scholars’ concepts and the legislative approach to a correlation between this concept and such terms as “non-governmental organization”, “non-commercial organization”, “non-entrepreneurial organization”, “not-profit-making organization”. In the article the author has made the general conclusion about the appropriateness of the differentiation between the mentioned categories which are different in content and meaning and the author also maintains one’s position as to the further unification of terminology and using the term of “non-entrepreneurial legal entity”.
