TERMINATION OF THE AGR EEMENT ON THE PROVISION OF TOUR ISMSERVICES AND LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES FOR FAILURE OR IMPROPERPERFORMANCE OF THE TERMS OF CONTRA CTS IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of current issues of termination of the agreement on the provision of tourism services and the liability of the parties for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of the agreements in the legal field of tourism in Ukraine. Special attention is drawn to the circumstances in connection with which the contract on provision of tourism services may be terminated. Author comes to conclusion that, in order to avoid civil liability, tourism organizations often include contractual conditions that contradict the Central Committee of Ukraine and special legislation in the field of tourism, which may lead to violation of the rights of tourists. The ways of solving the isues of non-providing or providing unreliable information about the consumer qualities of a tourist product are proposed.
