Gender stereotypes in periodicals magazines for women (based on publication “Soviet woman”/ “Woman”

Abstract
The article deals with gender stereotypes found in the magazine «Soviet woman»/»Woman». Their typology by lexical-semantic, structural, expressive parameters was determined. The value of gender stereotypes, behavioral gender stereotypes, active gender stereotypes and objective gender stereotypes was differentiated. Attention was concentrated on dynamic aspects of changes in the socio-cultural connotations of found stereotypes, their correlation with the components of the women’s value world view. It was noted that gender stereotypes can be expressed by separate lexemes as well as clichés and both formal and informal phrasemes.
