Ґендерний аспект психологічної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів культурно-дозвіллєвої діяльності (The gender aspect of psychological training of students of cultural and recreational activities management)

Abstract
The article deals with the program of psychological training of future managers of cultural and recreational activities. Given the gender differences, the author analyzes psychological technologies of formation and development of students' general and specific psychological skills by means of psychological training. The main problem of psychological training of students of cultural and recreational activities management is the content, design and application of systemic psychological and educational training technologies for the development of managerial skills and relevant professional and personal qualities in the trainees. In order to increase the efficiency of cultural and recreational activities management students' training and to develop a comprehensive approach to the formation of students' readiness for the profession, it is necessary, in our view, to find out personal determinants, related personality components and gender characteristics as well as the prerequisites of students' professional development. The gender aspect of psychological training of future managers of cultural and recreational activities includes sociological and statistical data on the differences between men and women, social and psychological characteristics that distinguish their behaviors in small groups, data on the distribution of certain psychological traits and other characteristics which make men's and women's behaviors different. Psychological training is a process of future managers' training to make them capable of inducing and maintaining a state of individual characteristics and other psychological culture components within their profession-relevant configurations.
