Abstract
This article deals with three main concepts: psychology, labour, labour psychology and their interaction. Some aspects of relationship between human psychology and labour, the labour psychol-ogy with other disciplines have been considered. The general concepts of labour psychology – its scope, purposes, tasks, subject, object, entity and main methods – have been analysed.
