General theoretical aspects of criminal and legal responsibility for environmental offenses in Poland

Abstract
In article the concept of criminal responsibility, the concept of criminal-legal responsibility liability for environmental offenses, the principles, elements of criminal responsibility for environmental offenses, grounds for criminal and legal responsibility for environmental violations and the structure of some environmental and legal norms on criminal and legal responsibility for offenses in environmental protection in Poland are given.
