Abstract
In the article investigational modern going near the leadthrough of audit of calculations with a budget and intercommunication of tasks, methods and procedures which are utillized in a public accountant activity. Grounded methodological going near development of effective public accountant procedures through the use of productive combination of methods, receptions, methods of audit of taxes and obligatory payments in a budget.
