Герменевтические пути конкретизации Конституции Украины

Abstract
Статья посвящена герменевтическим путям конкретизации Конституции Украины. Сформулированы основные направления конкретизации Конституции Украины: путем перевода, путем реконструкции, путем диалога. Установлено, что во время конкретизации Конституции Украины путем перевода происходит поиск ответов на поставленные вопросы в тексте самого Основного закона. Осуществление конкретизации Конституции Украины посредством реконструкции происходит путем взаимодействия норм Конституции с реальной действительностью. Путь диалога заключается в объединении текста Конституции Украины со знаниями и умениями. Обоснованно приоритетность развития положений Конституции Украины путем диалога.
