GLOBAL CONSULTING BUSINESS OFFSHORE: MECHANISM, TRENDS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
Introduction. Consulting industry is characterized by the stable dependence on the global macroeconomic transformations that cause the development of such current trends to offshore the consulting processes and to concentrate the large-scale consulting projects in the offshore zones. Methods. Such scientific methods have been used in the study: systematic, empirical, structure-functional, comparative, inductive, deductive, structural grouping, generalization. Results. The article reveals the essence of the internationalization and transnationalization trends in the consulting industry. The efficiency of global trade networks have been defined and revealed as key instruments of international consulting. The main features of the offshore consulting market have been characterized, basing on the analysis of the offshore outsourcing market in Asia, in countries as India, China and others. Perspectives. Promising directions for further research is the study of consulting mobility modern technologies and tools, interactive exchange and transfer of consulting experience, process standardization and unification of consulting business.
