GLOBALIZATION AND TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS AS INFLUENCE FACTORS UPON STATE SOVEREIGNTY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the following influence factors upon the state sovereignty elucidation as globalization and transnational corporations. Attention is paid to the change of state sovereignty in modern conditions. It is affirmed that as the indisputable factor might be regarded the necessity to reinterpret the content of the notion “state sovereignty”. The west countries economic development is one of the factors of international interaction, emergence of new subjects to jural relationships – transnational corporations that in its turn manifests national peculiarities of states, leads to rise of collisions within the sphere of legal regulation.
