Gnosiology of the criminalistics providing of proof of guilt

Abstract
Considered questions of cognition of the criminalistics providing of proof of guilt. Scientific categories are distinguished that fold the above-mentioned system. Opinions of scientists of legislators are analysed. With application of approach of the systems to cognition ofsources, methods and facilities the pointof view is offeredin relation to general ideas about the prospects of realization of existent methodological lpossibilities in the offered mode of the criminalistics providing of proof ofguilt.
