Legal and organizational provision of activities of service centers of the MIA of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article some aspects of reforming the provision of administrative services by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, facilitating the receipt of these services by citizens, and preventing corruption in this area are considered, in particular, amendments to the main legal acts regulating the provision of administrative services in matters within the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and creation of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The powers and functions of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are analyzed, directions of activity of this structural subdivision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are outlined. The normative-legal acts regulating the activity of service centers are considered, their deficiencies are identified and directions of their improvement are proposed.
