Phenomenological reduction and intersubjectivity in visual perspective (sub specie legal position)

Abstract
The article reviews the possibility of understanding the nature of legal position as specific point of view, specific “prospective” vision or attitude to “visible and invisible” aspects of phenomenal world and prerequisites of reproduction of legal meanings based on essential concepts of “ontology of vision” by Maurice Merleau-Ponty. Explained is the contents of basic principles of phenomenology: phenomenological reduction and intersubjectivity. Phenomenological reduction is construed as a method of bringing to obvious, intersubjectivity – as co-vision. Brought to spotlight is the role of the Third one in the context of co-vision.
