GOVERNMENTAL, PUBLIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS THAT ARE PERFORMED BY THE ORGANIZATIONS OF SELF-REGULATED PROFESSIONS

Abstract
The meaning of governmental, public and administrative functions is clarified in the article. The definition of the meaning of the organizations of self-regulated professions and their affiliation to the authority is given. The necessity of the functioning of the organizations of self-regulated professions in Ukraine is proved. Examples of governmental, public and administrative functions that are performed by the organizations of self-regulated professions are analyzed in the research. It is determined which authoritative and administrative functions are performed by the Chamber of Auditors of Ukraine and National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine.
