Gravitoeletromagnetismo: Uma simples introdução
Journal Title: Jornal Mato-Grossense de Física - Year 2024, Vol 4, Issue 2
Abstract
In this work, concepts arising from the Gravitoelectromagnetic (GEM) theory will be considered. GEM is a gravitational theory analogous to electromagnetism. The Lagrangian formulation of the GEM will be constructed using the composition of the Weyl tensor in the gravioelectric and gravitomagnetic components. Furthermore, we will discuss the total Lagrangian, which describes free fields, as well as the interactions between the graviton and other fundamental particles. Finally, we will look at some possible applications for this gravitational theory.

Propagação eletromagnética e propriedades ópticas em meios dielétricos regidos por eletrodinâmicas modificadas
In this work we review basic aspects of electromagnetic propagation in continuous matter, including media described by bi-isotropic and bi-anisotropic constitutive relations. We investigate the effects of magnetic conduc...
A Polarização da Luz e os Parâmetros de Stokes: Sua Importância na Caracterização de Materiais
In this article, the significance of light polarization in the characterization of luminescent materials is addressed. The process of obtaining Stokes parameters from the electric field is detailed, as well as the techni...
Um pouco sobre a Gravidade Inversa de Ricci
General Relativity (GR) is a classical field theory that describes the gravitational field and its implications. However, it does not have a quantum version, like the other fundamental forces of nature, and does not expl...
Diagrama de fases para redes com distribuição bimodal e em lei de potência
In this work, we presented the phase diagram for the Ising model on a network with bimodal degree distribution and a network with power-law degree distribution. We used two mean field approximation methods, which were co...
Uma introdução à física de partículas elementares: Teoria de Grupos
Group theory, although often overlooked, is a subject that, besides being very important, possesses unparalleled beauty concerning the structure of physical theories. It brings us an intimate relationship between symmetr...
