Grounds of bringing the employee to liability

Abstract
The main problems of grounds of liability for breakage of an employee according to the norms of labor law have been determined and analyzed, the meaning of a separate type of violation of the law has been revealed for provision of legality of applying of measures of legal liability in this scientific article.
