Growth regulator effect on the regenerative ability of plant tissues of Hydrangea macrophylla L. in in vitro conditions

Abstract
The article explores the effect of growth regulators of cytokinin and auxin types of action on the regenerative ability of plant tissues of Hydrangea macrophylla L. in in vitro conditions. It specifies the components of the nutrient medium at the stages of actual microclonal propagation and rooting of microshoots in vitro. The study develops the biotechnology of microclonal propagation of plants H. macrophylla, using of which allows obtaining a significant number of plant regenerants within a limited period.
