Abstract
Tugas seorang Hakim adalah menyelesaikan masalah atau konflik dalam suatu perkara yang terjadi di dalam lingkungan masyarakat, baik itu kasus pidana, perdata maupun kasus perselisihan. Hakim adalah mencari dan memilah esensi suatu kebenaran yang sebenarnya, serta mampu memutuskan suatu perkara dengan tidak memihak kelompok manapun juga ataupun seorang Hakim harus bebas dari pengaruh pihak manapun, termasuk dari pemerintah.
