Handoff Decision Using Fuzzy Logic
Journal Title: International Journal of Electronics Communication and Computer Technology - Year 2014, Vol 4, Issue 6
Abstract
The handover or handoff process is of major importance within any cellular telecommunications network. The term handoff refers to the process of transferring an active call or data session from one cell in a cellular network to another or from one channel in a cell to another. This paper describes the variation of handoff with respect to parameters such as Channel Reliability, Network Load and Signal to Noise Ratio were analyzed. Sugeno model [4] is trained using ANFIS with known set of input/output data for parameter adjustment.
