HARMONIZACJA REGIONALNEGO RYNKU SIŁY ROBOCZEJ Z OGÓLNOEUROPEJSKĄ POLITYKĄ ZATRUDNIENIA

Abstract
Jeden z głównych celi stworzenia Unii Europejskiej był zakres regulacji nawału pracy i równoważne użycie pracujących zasobów członków wspólnoty. Kształtowanie europejskich rynków pracy jest jedno z priorytetów europejskiej współczesnej gospodarczej strategii. Czyli jest aktualne wyznaczenie ogólnoeuropejskich podejści do regulacji rynku pracy i synchronizacja tych środków na poziomie oddzielnych regionów Unii europejskiej. Rozwiązanie danych pytań na poziomie regionu pozwala zabezpieczać równoważny nawał pracy, planowanie rozwoju gospodarki regionu na podstawie potencjału pracujących zasobów, ludzkiego kapitału.
