Hemiplejik Hastalarda Omuz Ağrısı Sıklığı ve İlişkili Faktörler

Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı hemiplejik hastalarda omuz ağrısı sıklığını ve omuz ağrısıyla ilişkili faktörleri araştırmaktır. Materyal ve Metod: Çalışmaya inme polikliniklerinde izlenen, son 18 ay içinde inme geçirmiş olan 38 hasta alınmıştır. Hastalarda demografik bilgiler, inmeyle ilişkili özellikler, omuz subluksasyonu, omuz ağrısı varlığı ve omuz ağrısı başlama zamanı sorgulanmıştır. Sonuçlar: Omuz ağrısı sıklığı % 50 olarak bulunmuştur. Omuz ağrısı hastaların büyük bölümünde (%84) ilk sekiz hafta içinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Omuz ağrısı olan hasta grubunda tromboembolik inme, başlangıçta tam pleji, düşük Brunnstrom motor iyileşme evresi ve omuz subluksasyonu oranı omuz ağrısı olmayan gruba göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur. Tartışma: Hemiplejik omuz ağrısı gelişiminde başlangıç motor fonksiyonun kötü olması ve omuz subluksasyonunun bulunması önemli risk faktörleridir. Hastalarda rehabilitasyon programına erkenden başlanması ve omuz subluksasyonunu önleyici tedbirlerin alınması önemlidir.
