Abstract
In a global competitive environment; tourism businesses have to make an investment in fast and reliable information systems which would provide and enable a fast business transformation for an active organization structure. The differences between knowledge systems and organizational culture can cause obstacles for a tourism businesses image perfection. Accessible arrangements should be considered as a common supply resource offering. Every unobstructed product in a destination is complementary, not rival. Increasing accessibility possibilities in a destination may lead to consequences such as increased potential for travel, international interactions, change of travel destination, and development of individual behavior. In this article; the meaning of accessible information oriented management and the role of information technology architecture in this process, the organizational effects of the redesign of business processes and the differences in management viewpoints are handled.
