HIGH SPECIALIZED COURT OF UKRAINE FOR CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES AND MASS MEDIAS: WAYS OF CO-OPERATION

Abstract

In the article was analysed the actual consisting of co-operation of the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases with mass medias. In the light leadthroughs of judicial reform certainly task in relation to the collaboration of criminal court of cassation and civil court of cassation from mass-media. The judicial reform carried out in previous years did not attain the purpose. In mass medias from time to time publications appear about the feasance of corruption offences some judges, improper conduct and others like that. There is a situation of mistrust to the judges, judicial establishments, department judicial. Therefore a department judicial must constantly demonstrate public, that a judge corps is ready to cleaning; to put right a dialog with public by mass medias in accordance with international standards; to come into the notice of society by mass medias to the near-term problems of the legal proceeding; to promote the level of knowledge of citizens in relation to new principles of functioning of department judicial and proper changes in a legislation. Organization of work in relation to co-operation of the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases with the representatives of mass medias depends upon the department of press-service. The representatives of mass medias can conduct photography in the hall of the judicial meeting, video– and audio fixing with the use of portable video– and audiotechnical facilities without the receipt of separate leave of court, but taking into account limitations, set a law. The representatives of mass medias, present on the judicial meeting, must adhere to the general rules of conduct in the judicial meeting, requirements of judicial legislation of Ukraine; not to violate a right for other persons, not interfere with realization of justice. Informing of representatives of mass medias about measures which High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases place by the done early placing on the official web site of High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases announcements of presses and delivery of them on the electronic addresses of mass medias.
