HISTORICAL ASPECT OF FORMATION OF THE COMMERCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the historical development of the institute of commercial secrets. Origins of the concept of «commercial secrets» are being consistently analyzed. The first normative acts have been highlighted, which fixed states on commercial secrets. The first court decision concerning commercial secrets was described. The connection of development of this legal institute with socio-political conditions was determined. The secrecy of commercial secrets in independent Ukraine was disclosed.
