HISTORIOGRAPHY OF STATE ECCLESIASTICAL LAW ON THE BASIS OF RESEARCH STUDIES OF UKRAINIAN LAWYERS (1991–2017)

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the defended theses in Ukraine in 1991–2017 for obtaining the scientific degree of the candidate and doctor of legal studies on the issues of State Ecclesiastical Law and state-church relations. The author attempts to characterize and investigate the historiographical process of the scholarly research of the sphere of legal regulation of state and church relations in Ukraine and to enable the meaningful content of such a comprehensive legal institution as State Ecclesiastical Law.
