STATE REGULATION OF COMPETITION IN THE RELATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF OIL AND OIL PRODUCTS

Abstract
The article notes that the particular combination of economic interests of the state, businesses and consumers is observed in the sphere of economic turnover of oil and oil products. It is proved that currently remain insufficiently described issues monitor the observance of antimonopoly-competition law in the relations for the supply of oil on the basis of the contract of purchase and sale concluded by results of the exchange auction. Developed proposals aimed at creating a competitive framework in the relations for the organization and implementation of the oil supply domestic production based on the contract of purchase and sale concluded by results of the exchange auction.
