Historiography of the research the role of court and justice in Ukraine in 1920–1930 s

Abstract
The article is devoted to address the problem of historiographical study the role of court and justice in Ukraine in political and legal thought in the period of 1920–1930s. The analysis of scientific, publicist works is made. Considered the formulating of the role of the court and justice, doctrinal positions are given. It was found that presentation of theoretical ideas about the role of courts and justice in the political and legal thought in Ukraine of 1920–1930s occurs at different time, at different levels and in different directions. Established that the part of historiography consists of contemporary works of the studied period, the next part consists of further researches made by the Soviet scientists, and a relatively small amount of works are issued in the period after Ukraine gained the independence. A grading historiography within academic and publicist levels is explored. Formed proposals to improve the theoretical framework for this problem and proposed a political-legal doctrine and opinion concerning the role of the court and justice in 1920–1930s allocate by ideological propaganda and realistic research areas
