Terminology of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Service”: certain shortcomings of legislative consolidation.

Abstract
The article analyzes the standard definitions of “administrative service”, it is pointed on the equivocation of the concept of this content in regulatory acts (both legislative and sublegislative), which is manifested as a tautology and an unagreed approach to the name of the subjects to whom the administrative service is provided. The necessity of the approach to the formulation of the definition of “administrative service” is provided, which allows to avoid the constant expansion of the list of subjects of the provision of relevant services, the ways to improve the legislative definition are substantiated.
