The article is devoted to consideration of some problems of a criminal-legal nature concerning hospi- talization in a psychiatric institution with enhanced supervision as one of the types of compulsory medical measures in the criminal law of Ukraine. A refinement to Part 4 of Art. 94 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
