Hospitalization in psychiatric establishment with strengthened observation as one of the species of forced measures of medical character in criminal law of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of some problems of a criminal-legal nature concerning hospi- talization in a psychiatric institution with enhanced supervision as one of the types of compulsory medical measures in the criminal law of Ukraine. A refinement to Part 4 of Art. 94 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
