HOUSING MARKET FROM BUYERS PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
The aim of this study is to present the buyers' opinions and motives of the purchase of housing in the local housing market in Czestochowa. Identification motives can be recognized as cognitive element, which further consequence may significantly influence the decisions of entities investing in the housing market.Data on the motives were obtained based on questionnaire survey, conducted in the second quarter of 2014 on a sample of 98 people.
