Abstract
General aspects: - a non-specialized player may fulfil just as well both the role of the attacker and that of the defense player. In such a context, the player who serves the ball takes care of the defense and his partner is in charge of the aattck. Teams (beginner teams) usually use a total or a partial specializing. un jucãtor nespecializat, poate îndeplini la fel de bine rolul de atacant sau apãrãtor. On an international level, many teams choose a total specializing, combined with the partial one, especially at the end of matches, in function of the the tactics of the opposite team and of the serve evolution.
