HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT AT THE METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of modern approaches to the management of human capital at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine. The article discusses the human capital structure of metallurgical enterprises, the trends in the functioning of the metallurgical industry, analyzes the structure of financing innovation activities and the dynamics of innovation at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine. The prospects for the industrial production development and human capital of metallurgical enterprises in the conditions of production transformation and economic relations in the metallurgical industry are determined.
