Journal Title: Trilogía Ciencia Tecnología Sociedad - Year 2019, Vol 11, Issue 21
Abstract
The text explores some of the central elements of the so-called human enhancement project in light of its epistemological, technical and anthropological foundations to build an interpretative framework that shows how the philosophy of technology is a valuable tool for analysis. The document analyzes definitions and modalities of human enhancement, both from the perspective of its objectives and scope as well as from that of its limits and main obstacles, exposing how a multidimensional analysis can be strengthened from the epistemic framework of the philosophy of technology.
