Human rights, Rationality and Sentimentality

Abstract
تحقيق حاضر در زمينه يکي از اساسي‌ترين مباحث در حوزه تعليم و تربيت سياسي و برنامه درسي تحت عنوان آموزش حقوق بشر انجام شده است. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق را دو مسئله تشکيل داده است که عبارتند از: شناسايي مفاهيم و مؤلفه‌هاي حقوق بشر و ميزان توجه به مفاهيم و مؤلفه‌هاي حقوق بشر در برنامه‌هاي درسي مدارس متوسطه در نظام آموزشي ايران. در اين تحقيق در زمينه مؤلفه‌هاي آموزش حقوق بشر سه حيطه اساسي دانش، توانش و نگرش حقوق بشر مد نظر قرار گرفته است و ميزان توجه به اين مؤلفه‌ها در سه حيطه طراحي، اجرا و ارزشيابي برنامه‌هاي درسي بررسي شده است. سؤالات اين تحقيق پيرامون نظرات معلمان، دانش‌آموزان و کارشناسان سازماندهي شده و روش تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي پيمايشي بوده است. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته با آلفاکرنباخ 88% مي‌باشد. جامعه تحقيق مشتمل بر 420 نفر از دبيران رشته علوم انساني دوره متوسطه شهر کاشان در سال 1388-1389 مي‌باشند که با استفاده از جدول تعيين حجم نمونه و فرمول کوکران تعداد دويست نفر از دبيران رشته علوم انساني با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي و تعداد 27 نفر از متخصصان تعليم و تربيت با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده به عنوان آزمودني انتخاب شده‌اند و نيز با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تمام شماري تعداد پانزده نفر از کارشناسان برنامه درسي دوره متوسطه در دفتر برنامه‌ريزي و تأليف سازمان پژوهش در برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي به پرسش‌نامه‌ها پاسخ دادند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها در سطح آمار توصيفي (از جدول توزيع فراواني، نمودار، ميانگين و ... ) و Tو F در سطح آمار استنباطي (آزمون و تحليل واريانس يکراهه) استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان داد که دانش‌آموزان، معلمان و کارشناسان برنامه‌ريزي درسي با آموزش مفاهيم مطروحه حقوق بشر در حيطه‌هاي دانش، توانش و نگرش موافقند. کارشناسان برنامه درسي ميزان توجه به مفاهيم و مؤلفه‌هاي حقوق بشر را در حيطه طراحي برنامه درسي بسيار و نسبتاً کم ارزيابي کرده‌اند. بين نظرات دانش‌آموزان، معلمان و کارشناسان در خصوص آموزش صلح تفاوت معني‌داري وجود ندارد.
