Hypostasis of agreement in the doctrine of glossators and postglossators

Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of the glossators teaching on pact and its development in the works of commentators (postglossators). Particular attention is paid to the problems of finding of the common definition of a pact in medieval jurisprudence.
