Ichtiofauna systemu rzecznego Zgłowiaczki

Abstract
The ichthyofauna of the Zgłowiączka River system was investigated in years 2008–2009 using electrofishing (standard CPUE methods) at 26 sampling sites. The occurrence of 22 fish species has been recorded. The dominant reproductive guilds were ariadnophils (81.5%) and phytolithophils (10.5%). Only one lithophilic species (brown trout) was recorded. Aquatic environment in all studied rivers was strongly human-impacted, mostly by pollution and channel regulation.
