ИCТОРИЧЕСКИЕ ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ РАЗВИТИЯ МАТЕРИАЛЬНО- ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ФИЗКУЛЬТУРНО-СПОРТИВНОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ ДНЕПРОПЕТРОВЩИНЫ (1950-1960 гг.)

Abstract
In this article the process of creation and development of material and technical base is examined on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in a postwar period (1950-1960past century). The contribution of the material and technical base in the development of physical culture and sports in the Dnipropetrovsk region is being studied. It should be emphasized that in the creation of the material and technical basis of the physical culture and sports movement, the leading role was played by state and party authorities. Concerning the role of public organs of power and their contribution are illuminated to development of material and technical base on this stage. The analysis of dynamics of height of sporting building is conducted in 1950-1960, influence of material and technical base is studied on development of separate types of sport. The article deals with the development of the material and technical base, which contributed to the increase in the number of people engaged in physical culture and sports and training highly qualified athletes. Along with the increase in the mass character of physical culture and sports, the material and technical base was one of the factors ensuring the training of highly skilled athletes. In this regard, the article mentions the athletes of the Dnepropetrovsk region, who achieved high sports results in high-level sports competitions. Same the analysis of necessary terms is conducted for engaging in a physical culture and sport for a population. Intercommunication between the height of economic potential of region is traced by development of material and technical base.
