Idea, struktura i działalność Organizacji Narodów i Ludów Niereprezentowanych (UNPO)

Abstract
The following article is devoted to the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization – an international institution which unites the members of groups striving for independence or fighting for political and cultural autonomy and are deprived of possibility of attaining a membership in United Nations. Although UNPO is a non‑governmental organization, its structure is typical for inter‑governmental organizations, while its members are not officially recognized states, but representatives of separatist and irredentist movements, indigenous ethnic groups, national minorities, occupied nations, as well as governments of non‑recognized states (so‑called para‑states). The author of the article describes the activity of organization in the context of the international law, the ideology and structure of the organization, and makes a review of peoples and nations which are members of the organization.
