IDEAS OF PEDAGOGICAL PREPARATION OF A TEACHER IN ORIGINAL HERITAGE OF G.V. ISTOMIN (1841-1886)

Abstract
The article is dedicated to historical-pedagogical essence and context of professional preparation of a teacher in heritage of native teacher of Poltava region G.V. Іstomin. There is a structure of the process of the preparation of a future teacher that according to G.V. Іstomin has to include such components as: general preparation; special-professional (psychological-pedagogical, methodical); personal self-preparation. The main in professional preparation of a teacher according to the thinker, is an ability to professional and personal self-preparation, his readiness to provide the development of individual abilities of pupils. The author proves that G.V. Іstomin in learning of a language as К.D. Uschinskiy saw great possibilities of intellectual development of a teacher and pupils, he recommended to develop the skills of self, creative attitude to a business, defended the necessity of using heuristic methodology. The author thinks the idea of a scientist as for rational organization of model school, direct structure of pedagogical practice of future teachers to be actual.
