Identify personality types of High school administrators based on jung’s model (case study bushehr city)

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between personality type's high school managers on their success rate. As the Managers characterof an organization's personality on performance, plans, strategies and success affect, the relationship between personality types managers seem remarkable success rate. Managers characterof an organization to choose the order of the factors considered by regular people and organizations we choose to manage. Organizations will enhance the success rate. In this paper, the five characteristics of a personality questionnaire Jung considered and their impact on the success of the association and population criteria. Population survey is Managers of all public and private high schools in Tehran. Cokran formula for sample selection used and the entire community of 278 people were selected as high school principals. As Jungquestionnaires used, wewere not requiring to check its validity. Therefore, the questionnaires were distributed randomly among the sample data and its reliability was confirmed. Finally, we find that managers extroverted, friendly, loyal and stable rate of success than introverted managers, inconsistent, irresponsible, and are unstable. Leaders also found that education has a direct impact on their success.
