IDIOMS WITH METEOROLOGICAL COMPONENT: STRUCTURAL AND SEMANTIC CLASSIFICATIONS

Abstract
The article deals with approaches to the classification of idiomatic units that contain a meteorological component. Particular attention is paid to the semantic and structural classifications, which are based on a sample of idioms from lexicographic sources. An integrated approach to the analysis of idiomatic units allows us to disclose the meaning and peculiarities of the usage of each idiomatic unit.
