IDP: CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES AND NORMATIVE GAPS OF LAWS

Abstract
This article considers the category of internally displaced person as an object of legal regulation of social relations in national legislation. A detailed analysis of the basic definition of this category has been carried out, from which all possible interpretations in the various normative legal documents are formed. Also the main features are outlined which are endowed with this category of people.
