Journal Title: Міжнародний ендокринологічний журнал - Year 2012, Vol 44, Issue 4
Abstract
In the blood taken from 90 patients with inactive pituitary adenoma the high level of apoptosis markers р53, Bcl-2 and TNF-α is found. Cabergoline administered in high doses restored apoptosis markers in blood of patients more effectively and earlier than that administered in a small dose.
