IMPLEMENTATION MECHANISMS AND THE INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE SECURITY

Abstract
The subject of the work is scientific approaches and economic instruments and implementation mechanisms to ensure investment security. The aim is to study the theoretical and methodological mechanism for implementing and ensuring the security investment in the company. To achieve this goal in the work we used the following general scientific and specialized methods and techniques of research: theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis – to study the theoretical principles and tools of investment security; abstract and logical – for theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions. In this work the mechanism of implementation and ensure investment security. Moreover, this mechanism is not a simple sum of the organizational and economic forms, and the phenomenon, which reflects the relationship between them, interaction, mutual, that the mechanism acts as a kind of education in the system of economic security, and he, in turn, is a system. Action mechanism should be aimed at ensuring the security investment as at present, and the future. The result of the operation of this mechanism is the revenue required for the organization of the production process of investment resources and information systems in accordance with the priority interests of the enterprise, minimize the cost of acquisition of resources in the required quantity and of appropriate quality. Implementation of the proposed mechanism, above all, needs proper attention from the head to the issues of ensuring investment security, qualifications of employees, a significant investment of corporate resources and clear organization.
