Implementation of balanced scorecard in organizational performance (Case Study: Saipa company)

Abstract

Necessary to evaluate the performance of the organization who are not covered. In recent years, considerable progress design and system performance has occurred. New systems to assess the performance of the Not only the financial aspects and recommendations. One of the most used models in recent years is BSC model. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the implementation of the balanced scorecard is a performance improvement company were selected. Data for the three major customer, internal process and learning and growth the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha. Based information for financial reports, including balance sheet and profit and loss account of the company, indicators and evaluation criteria and reports about the company's balanced scorecard. Results show that the implementation of the balanced scorecard, Saipa, has led to improved organizational performance.
