IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS IN THE TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM AS AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

Shown the modern theories of leadership those have become the theoretical and practical basis for the formation of corporate leadership development programs, which are now used not only by world leading companies but also successfully implemented at small and medium businesses. A socio-psychological model of leadership development of staff is proposed. Proved the expediency of implementation of corporate leadership development programs in training and staff development system as an effective tool to improve the competitiveness and profitability of an organization.
