IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CUSTOM FORMALITIES RELATED TO ADMITTING TO THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATSONAL TRAVELLING TRANSPORTATIONS (SYSTEM OF CARNET TIR)

Abstract
The article is sanctified to description of custom formalitiesand actions that is executed for thereceipt of admittance in relation to participating in international travellingtransportations with application of Carnet TIR. It is proved that the advantages of such transport are a smaller number of delays at the border crossing and a reduction in the total time for the carriage of goods. Certainly, that a national legislation is envisage implementation of three formalities: receipt of membership in a warranty association; a receipt of admitting is to procedure of Carnet TIR; admitting of transport vehicle is to transportations under thecustom printing and stopping. The circle of persons that take part in execution the concrete actions of every custom formality isset.
