IMPORTANCE OF OUTSOURCING IN MODERN ECONOMY

Abstract
Today, for enterprise effective functioning and development they have to interact with other entities to access additional material and financial resources, information, experience of other organizations, introduction of new technologies and attracting highly qualified personnel. Interaction between businesses improves their competitiveness, financial sustainability, strengthening their position in the market. This can be achieved by creating associations of enterprises, different ways of financing and lease, sub-contracting. It is need to pay a special attention to the new to national form of business organization - outsourcing, which has long been widespread in the world. The subject of the study is a totality of theoretical and methodological foundations of outsourcing in business enterprises in Ukraine. The aim of the article is to compare outsourcing to other forms of interaction between business entities in order to attract additional resources and to determine its role in the modern economy of Ukraine. The main forms of interaction businesses are researched, their advantages and disadvantages, application features and differences of outsourcing are defined in the article. The article considers what resources the company may involve using some form of relationship. Outsourcing is compared with other forms of cooperation, associations of enterprises, labor borrowing, leasing, lending, leasing. In the article it is determined that outsourcing in today's economic environment could be method of virtualization of business and the creation of virtual organizations and provides the flexibility and mobility of business. The research results can be used by enterprises in the decision to use outsourcing or other forms of cooperation between businesses.
