Importancia de los costos y el control en la gestión de la calidad de bienes y servicios

Abstract
For the private and public organizations, to achieve the quality of all the products and services they produce and, also, to satisfying to their consumers is a big goal because it must have made by minimizing costs and controlling the process of production, which leads to maximizing the utilities. A System of Total Quality Management contains those activities and allows its diagnosis, implementation, documentation, certification, and auditing. To any enterprise, reducing the operational costs is possible, but it could be challenging to face the resultant expense for acquiring new machines and equipment. Those reasons are essential to determine the production areas where is possible to save money, but only if the company is willing to modify their systems of controlling production process to eliminate not practical activities such as unproductive hours, workers waiting hours, discarded or reprocess products, and inspections. Solving those activities and determining the causes of mistakes is necessary because they are closely related to human labor. Then, the primary purpose of this work is to establish how these companies can achieve that their goods and services could be competitive and demanded by people, and therefore, the objective is to determine the cost and control procedures to make it by fulfilling the quality standards and specifications required by the clients.
